Our Consultation Policy

To reach your glowing skin goals we must start somewhere. Therefore, we ask prospective clients and existing clients we have not worked with for over a year!) to begin with a 1:1 consultation with our aestheticians before diving into a regimen. This helps us assess your skin so we may address your concerns and goals and create a unique plan of action just for you. During this in-depth consultation we will use a skin analysis machine to determine your skin type, conditions, and compatibility for treatment. During this time, we will help guide you through the recommended treatment plan for you. We will also answer any series of questions that you may have.

Please Note

It is highly recommended to book a First-time client consultation and/or facial. First time clients should not book advance treatments such as Chemical peels and Micro-needling. Our skin specialist needs to analyze the patients’ skin to ensure there are no contraindications and to recommend proper treatment protocols.

Skin Prep 101 How to prepare for your consultation:

  • Come with a clean face Freshly washed and without makeup. 

  • A clean face helps speed up our time together so we can see your skin in its natural state to recommend a custom plan. 

  • Know your products We will want to know anything and everything that goes on your skin, so make a list of your product names and brands. Bringing them to your appointment.

  •  Be Open-Minded Skincare is often best left to professionals, so although you might be interested in a specific service, we will recommend treatments that will work well with your skin. 

  • *Do not use any active acids or Retinol Vitamin A products 3-5 days prior or after treatment *

  • Do not get facial waxing 7 days prior or after

  •  *Botox is ok 7 days before or after 

  • *Collagen Fillers must be administered 2 weeks prior or as instructed by physician 

  • *Refrain from laser hair removal on treated area 2 weeks prior or after 

  • *If you are more than 20 weeks pregnant, one must get a consent from your doctor stating that it is ok to lay on your back 50-80 minutes for your service 

  • *Having an active cold sore or open lesion on the skin is not recommended for a facial and may be turned away 

  • *For men, facial hair is ok however, do not shave the day of or the day before your facial.
